Due to the new guidelines at this current time due to COVID-19 Bungee Fitness is not running.
Bungee fitness is a high intensity cardio workout which is fun, liberating and playful. Bounce out to great tunes as you improve your core stability , co-ordination and stamina.
This unique class targets legs, glutes and core. Run, squat and jump as you burn off calories and achieve your fitness goals.
This class is not for the faint hearted, be prepared to sweat, engage your brain and introduce your body to something its never done before!
Please take into consideration that you will be wearing a harness, this may cause some discomfort at first, feel free to bring a towel to help cushion the harness or allow a few classes to get used to it. But as we often say in the studio no pain no champagne!
Please understand that no outdoor footwear is allowed inside the aerial studio. Please immediately remove outdoor shoes and replace them with clean indoor trainers. We strongly suggest to bring clean trainers for support if you do not have any you will be kindly asked to have bare feet.
What to wear
Gym or sport clothing. You will be asked to remove outdoor footwear, it is advisable to bring a second pair of clean indoor trainers.
This class can be booked as a one-time workout or you can book multiple classes for a better discount. You must book before attending due to very limited places.
There is a strict cancellation policy, classes must be cancelled within a 12 hour window (before class starts) anything after this will be charged.
All class passes are valid for 3 months.

Is there a maximum or minimum harness size?
Yes the minimum size is 23 inches and the maximum is 43 inches to be measured around Hips.
Private Group bookings and party's are available when restrictions ease.
