Curious about aerial but not ready to commit? Try Tuesday trials.
Every Tuesday from 18:00 - 19:00 we run a low pressure aerial silks session designed specifically for first-timers. whether you're unsure if aerial is for you, feeling nervous to start, or simply cant commit to a full course - this class is for you.
This 1 hour class is the perfect way to test the waters, meet our coaches, and get a feel for the space. No pressure, no commitment - just a chance to try.

Intro To Aerial
Looking for a fun and empowering way to get fit? Our 5 week intro course on either aerial silks or hoop is the perfect place to start! You'll learn fundamental moves suitable for beginners in a welcoming and supportive environment, building strength, flexibility and confidence as you go. No experience needed, juts a sense of adventure! By the end of the course you'll be amazed at what your body can achieve. Come discover the thrill of flight and join us in the air!

Family Aerial
One Sunday of each month 14:00 - 15:00 we run a fun and inclusive class for all the family, ages 6 and up on Aerial hammock.
Each booking must be accompanied by 1 adult aged 18+.
You can make a booking for a family of 2, 3 or 4. Each family will share one apparatus. If they're are 4 of you please book "family of 4 - 2 points." If there is only 1 space showing in the class, then there is only 1 point available.
Babies and toddlers are very welcome in the space with groups but wont be allowed on the equipment. Ages 5 can attend but may struggle with some of the movements.

Family of 3 (1 rig point) - £30
Family of 4 (2 rig points) - £50

Weekly Classes Level 1 - 3
Moving location with previous experiance from another studio? We have weekly classes from Level 1 to 3 on both Aerial silks & Hoop.
Please get in touch with us to discuss what class would be the best fit. let us know how many years you've done classes for, which apparatus, and if you have had a break in between.
