Looking for pure calisthenics in York? We offer regular classes at Studio Cloud Nine.

Calisthenics is training using your own body weight as resistance.

 

Within this class we focus on exercises for core & upper body. Not only are we working towards building muscular strength but also endurance & flexibility of joints. You will learn correct techniques & alignments of the body to minimize injury and maximize results! 

Feel motivated, be encouraged and get ready to hang, pull, twist and balance, keeping your brain so engaged you almost forget your working out!
