Leave the ground and enjoy the true power of the hammock!
Attempt aerial moves, stretched and transitions creating amazing shapes and poses in the air.
This class will focus on improving upper body strength, core & flexibility as you climb, twist, turn & flip into stretches.
We strongly recommend you to attend one Acro Hammock class first to gain a basic understanding and confidence with inverts and wraps.
We do not recommend this class for anyone that suffers from very low blood pressure, dizziness or vertigo.
